How to set up a Linkedin Account
Instructions
- 1Visit LinkedIn's "Create Company Profile" page (see Resource).
- 2Log in using your email address and password. Sign up for a personal LinkedIn account if you do not have one. Follow the onscreen instructions to sign up for your account. Return to the "Create Company Profile" page once you create your account and confirm your email address.
- 3Enter the name of your company and company email address in the space provided. Click "Continue." LinkedIn will verify that your company does not have a profile yet and that you work for the company.
- 4Enter information about your company, such as its name, email domains, website, description, industry, location and number of employees. Identify your position within the company. Click "Create Company."
- 5Click "Edit" to add as much detail as possible to enhance your company's LinkedIn profile and make it easier for people to find your business.
